The History of Qadeer Ahmad Siddiqi Law Associates is a story of imagination, determination and hard work. Over more than half a century, hundreds of capable men and women have joined in the great adventure of creating, nurturing and maturing our unique organization.
Before there was a law firm, there was a man with a dream; Naseer Ahmad Siddiqi, who started his legal practice in the Legal Prosecution Department as an Attorney in District of Hoshiyar Pur of the Joint India. He continues his passage of success and achievements and reached the highest legal office in a district in pre partition days i.e. Special Public Prosecutor of Lahore.
After Independence he was appointed as Assistant Advocate General of the West Pakistan. It is significant to be noted here that it was his arguments from the prosecution side that resulted in the conviction of Maj. General Mohammad Akbar Khan along with others in the well acclaimed Rawalpindi Conspiracy Case.
He authored a book, with the Title of “Ishq Aur Khoon” wherein illustrated legal stories based on his well contested cases are included. He died in the year 1974 at the age of 89 years

THE TITLE

It is certainly a matter of immense honour and pride for Qadeer Ahmad Siddiqi Law Associates to mention that in the year 1945, the Founder of our firm was bestowed with the Title of Khan Bahadur by the Lord F.M Wavell, the Viceroy of Joint India as a personal distinction.

After obtaining a degree in the Masters of History & LLb from the Punjab University, Mr. Qadeer Ahmad Siddiqi joined the profession of law in the year 1963 and continued the legacy of his predecessors in the service of this sacred and sacra song profession of law. Mr. Siddiqi achieved highest levels of his professional excellence and expertise. More than 259 cases were reported in various law journals including PLD, PLJ, SCMR and many others with in a span of 39 years at the bar.
Mr. Siddiqi served the nation in his capacity of Deputy Attorney General for Pakistan, Judicial Member, Income Tax Appellate Tribunal of Pakistan, and Federal Counsel to the Government of Pakistan from time to time.
Mr. Qadeer Ahmad Siddiqi died while arguing a case before the Honourable Supreme Court of Pakistan on the unfortunate day of November 1st 2002.

Since the beginning of his career in 2002, Fahad Ahmad Siddiqi. Has been making history both inside and outside of the courtroom. As a crusader for advocating social change, Mr. Siddiqi is known for his success in winning one of the largest verdicts in the history of Lahore. Outside of the courtroom, Mr. Siddiqi is the celebrated Member of one of the largest Foundation on Human Rights in the nation. Being an Aitchisonian and a graduate from Government College, Lahore , Mr. Siddiqi attained his professional Legal Studies from the University Law College of the Punjab University, Lahore and joined M/s Qadeer Ahmad Siddiqi Law Associates. He was called to the bar in the year 2002.
Mr. Fahad is experienced in drafting, vetting of Agreements, Instruments, Deeds, i.e. Franchise Agreements, Gift Deeds, Guarantee Indemnities, Hire & Purchase, Lease Mortgage, Charge, Hypothecation, and Pledge, License, Agreements. He is blessed with a special ability in relation to the satisfaction of Constitutional & Criminal matters tailored to the Client’s needs and requirements.
